SY485/SY422/SY232 Industrial control signal line surge arrestor is a surge protection device especially designed for RS485/RS422/RS232 signal circuit and ports. With internal over voltage and over current suppression model, and two levels connection circuit protection design, the SPD can suppress surge voltage and current effectively. This kind of surge arrester has applied the malfunction self-recovery design, thus providing thorough protection for the signal and the appliance, and ensure the transfer of signal and the operation of equipment. According to the definition of the partition of lightning protection, this device can be installed on LPZ0A-2 or a higher interface, or it can be installed directly at the front-end of the protected equipment. It can be applied to protect the industrial control signal, such as the field bus, 0-20mA, control line, 4-20mA control line and other input and output interface.
